Production Operative- Permanent Position

Manpower UK is recruiting a Production Operative - Permanent Position to join a manufacturing business on the outskirts of Skegness. This role offers long term security with a salary of up to £12.83 per hour. You will work full time day shifts in a busy production environment packing, sorting, and preparing food products for dispatch. On site parking and overtime are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating within a busy production environment
• Packing, sorting, and preparing products for dispatch
• Handling materials and components throughout the production process
• Carrying out manual handling duties as required
• Following company quality standards and production procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
• Supporting colleagues to achieve daily production targets
• Adhering to all health and safety policies

• Previous experience within production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packing environments
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• The ability to work efficiently within a fast paced setting
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Excellent reliability and punctuality
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements

• Own transport is required due to the location of the site
• Physically capable of lifting and moving materials when necessary
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
• Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods

Working Hours: Day shifts only, no weekends. Start time: 8:00am. Finish time varies depending on production requirements (up to 7:00pm). Full time permanent hours.
