Job Title: Production Operative

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Production Operative to work for a manufacturing company in the Aylesford area. This role is perfect for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality-driven production work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production line machinery effectively to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Engage in picking and packing tasks to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of the work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate efficiently with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet required specifications and report any faults or issues.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a production line environment.
• Proficiency in operating various machines with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Proven ability in picking and packing, with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Strong problem solving skills and adaptability to changing production needs.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

The shift pattern will be Monday to Friday working 6am - 2pm. This will be a full time temporary position with a view to go permanent after the successful probation period.
