Production Operative Late

Production Operatives needed in Cheltenham, to work late shift Monday to Friday 16:00 to finish, paying £13.41ph from 18:00, temp to perm, starting as soon as possible.

Pertemps is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well established and growing business in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong attention to detail who are looking for a long term position with the opportunity to secure a permanent role.

This role involves hand finishing and ironing garments and linen to a high standard, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality at all times.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 16:00-00:00 (Evening/Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand ironing and finishing garments and linen individually
• Ensuring every item meets quality standards before dispatch
• Counting items accurately and maintaining production records
• Packing finished products ready for distribution
• Checking order numbers and customer details carefully
• Maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout the shift
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Keeping work areas clean and organised

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work accurately and consistently in a factory environment
• Good numeracy skills and confidence counting stock quantities
• Ability to follow instructions and quality procedures
• Reliable and committed attitude
• Previous production, manufacturing, laundry, finishing, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• Willingness to complete the induction and training programme
