About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for Production Operatives to join our team in the Folding Department.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, working a 2-on, 2-off shift pattern, from 5:00am to 4:50pm.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Set up and operate CNC folding machines to produce high-quality components in line with customer and business requirements.
  • Adjust machine settings and tooling to achieve accurate bends and folds to specification.
  • Fold and form sheet metal components in accordance with engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and production documentation.
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Consistently achieve daily production, quality and utilisation targets.
  • Work safely at all times, following company health and safety procedures and best working practices.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
  • Previous experience operating CNC folding or press brake machinery is preferred.
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings and measurements.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Good understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Organised and methodical approach to work.
