Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Production Operative (Convoluting) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Company Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Policies, reporting any potentially dangerous issues or faults to the Team Leader or Production Manager.
• Produce quality products in the required quantity, on time and at the lowest possible cost, maintaining adherence to the company's Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards training and personal development.
• Monitor process performance to maximize output and achieve maximum production efficiency.
• Carry out and document the correct quality control checks for each job performed, completing all production paperwork.
• Work as a team to ensure departmental targets, company targets and customer deadlines are achieved.

Skills / Experience

• Good level of numeracy and general education.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Manufacturing background and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Self motivated individual with a strong work ethic and keen eye for detail.
• Focused on target completion and proven ability to achieve results.
• Positive working attitude.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with other workers.
