Day-to-day of the role:

• Process and pack Premium British Seafood products with precision and care.
• Meet production targets while maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards.
• Work closely with team leaders to ensure smooth production lines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workspace.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills and adapt to various production areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A "can-do" attitude and the ability to work diligently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality.
• Good communication skills and a commitment to team success.
