Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our well-established and growing manufacturing company based in the Greater Belfast area. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to build a rewarding long-term career within a successful local business.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will work as part of a team to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing materials for production
• Operating machinery (full training provided)
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety
• Ensuring good housekeeping across the work area
• Supporting quality control and production processes

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good timekeeping and attendance
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Able to work well within a team
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not mandatory
• Driving license
• Previous experience operating a forklift is advantageous but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Hours of Work:
Mon - Thurs: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Fri: 8:00am - 2:30pm
