Production Operative

We're currently looking for Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team at our Washington site. You'll become part of a lively, supportive, and dynamic team, helping to handcraft the high-quality, made to measure blinds and curtains that Hillarys is known for.

No previous experience? No problem.

We're looking for people with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering outstanding products every time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working as part of a skilled production team
• Manually creating high-quality bespoke blinds and curtains
• Following processes to ensure consistent product quality
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

• A strong team player who enjoys hands on work
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Attention to detail and pride in your work

Working hours

• Monday to Thursday - 05:45-16:00 and 06:45-17:00
• Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week
• Plus a Christmas shutdown period
