We are looking for aProduction Operativeto join our environmentally focused client near Bourton.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be part of a production team that helps to reduce waste and give recycled materials a new purpose.

• Sorting and processing materials
• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitoring production quality and reporting any issues
• Keeping the production area clean, organised and safe
• Working as part of a friendly and supportive teamTo be successful you will need to be:

• Physically fit as this job will require you to lift heavy materials at times
• Reliable and hardworking
• Be willing to learn new processes and operate machinery
