Job Description

Production Operative - Full Time Antrim

The Role:

  • £Competitive pay rates
  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm
  • Overtime opportunities available
  • Immediate start
  • Full training provided
  • Excellent opportunity to become a permanent member of the team through performance, attendance and commitment

Duties:

  • Receiving and checking incoming deliveries against delivery notes, reporting any discrepancies promptly
  • Maintaining organised, clean and tidy stores areas
  • Machining and assembling components for kitchen and bedroom units
  • Checking outgoing deliveries to ensure orders are complete before dispatch
  • Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as required
  • Following all health and safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE
  • Complying with company procedures relating to attendance, sickness reporting and other employment policies
  • Carrying out any other duties within the scope of the role as requested by management

Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse or similar environment
  • Physically fit, with the ability to lift and handle heavy items safely
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Keen to learn and develop within a growing business
