Production Operative

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading bakery company in Swinton. This role is vital to the manufacturing process, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation in a dynamic work environment.

Shift Patterns:

• 2 days, 2 nights and 4 days off
• Ability to work 4 shifts a week including weekends
• Shifts start at 6pm or 6am

Pay Rates:

• 12.88 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Operative:

• Good English level in communication, reading and writing
• Ability to work full time

Desirable Requirements for Production Operative:

• Flexibility approached to shift changes
• Experience in food production, hygiene, or warehouse environment
