Production Operative

• Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour (up to 40 hours), £19.07 per hour (overtime).

• Flexible shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am; occasional 12-hour shifts available).

What You Will Do:

• Working at a fast paced food production site.
• Operate industrial processing machinery to ensure smooth production.
• Apply strict food hygiene and safety standards.
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain high product standards.
• Handle packaging and labelling of finished goods.
• Work in a fast-paced food production environment, which may be either warm or cold depending on the department.

What You Need to Succeed:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in operating machinery, quality checking, and packaging.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Teamwork and clear communication skills to work effectively with colleagues.
• Strong time management and adaptability to meet production goals and shift requirements.
• Flexibility is key, as varying shifts may be assigned based on business needs.
• If you have regular restrictions on your availability, it may impact weekly working hours.
