We're recruiting Loaders on behalf of a well-established environmental services provider supporting local communities across Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term ongoing work with a company that values reliability, teamwork and delivering an essential public service.

The Role

As a Loader, you'll work alongside the driver and crew collecting household waste and recycling throughout the local area.

Your duties will include:

• Collecting household waste and recycling bins safely and efficiently

• Loading refuse and recycling onto collection vehicles

• Returning bins to residents' properties

• Working as part of a close-knit team to complete collection routes

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Providing an essential service to the local community

What We're Looking For

• Reliable with an excellent work ethic

• Physically fit and happy carrying out manual work

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

• Punctual and able to start work at 05:30

• Previous experience in labouring, waste collection, warehouse or other physically demanding roles is advantageous, but not essential
