Manpower UK is recruiting a Production Operative for a leading manufacturer in Kingston Upon Hull, based at Dansom Lane South. This temporary role offers up to £13.45 per hour, with potential for higher earnings once fully trained, and includes strong prospects for long term or permanent placement. Working an 8 to 12 hour night shift rotation, you will support stock movement, operate and monitor machinery, and perform quality checks to uphold standards. What You Will Be Doing:
  • Aid movement of stock across the line and ensure all stations are topped up.
  • Operate and monitor machines to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
  • Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Rework when required
What You Will Bring:
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment or strong transferrable skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
