We currently have roles available on our day shift and late shift:

Day Shift Hours: Standard day hours are 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 7:00am - 4:00pm on a Wednesday, and 7:00am - 2:45pm on a Friday. However, these hours may vary slightly depending on department which can be discussed during the interview stage.

Late Shift Hours: 2:45pm - 12:45am, Monday to Thursday

Salary: £27,977.25 (% shift allowance for late shift only)

About the role:

As Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

We currently have vacancies in the following areas:

• Paint Line
• Build

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with your team to manufacture bespoke steel doors from sheet metal.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and relevant SOPs.
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards.
• Relaying process improvement, suggestions, and challenges to your team leader.
• Being a flexible team member, willing to work at any point of the process.

Full training is provided for this role.
