About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client's growing team. This fast-paced role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packaging orders accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Checking goods for damage or discrepancies
• Storing stock in the correct locations
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
• Operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, scanners)
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
• Good level of physical fitness (manual handling required)
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills

Desirable Skills (not essential)

• Forklift licence (e.g., Counterbalance or Reach)
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)
