Permanent Position

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in Telford.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a long-term career within a stable and growing company. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for both experienced production operatives and those looking to develop a career within manufacturing.

Shift Pattern

• Rotating shift pattern, including mornings, afternoons and nights (shift times to be confirmed)

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading products onto the production line
• Preparing materials for the manufacturing process
• Conducting quality inspections and checks
• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Working towards production targets and deadlines
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping
• Supporting colleagues across the production facility as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, engineering, or industrial environment is beneficial but not essential
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Good communication and teamwork skills
