The Hours You'll Work

• Dayshift
• Monday - Friday
• 08.00am till 16.30pm

The Pay You'll Receive

• £12.71, potentially to increase to £15.00 once trained

• MTrec are currently recruiting for a well established manufacturing firm based in the South Shields area.

The Job You'll Do

• Overviewing production machines, making sure they run smoothly
• Basic machine setting and programming
• Adding or amending machinery due to customer orders
• Optimise production to arrange and carry out preventative maintenance of the machine and troubleshoot issues
• Use of hand tools to set machine tooling to suit parameters
• Follow all safety procedures and be QA focused
• Produce parts in line with the production plan and work orders
• Perform first piece inspection and in line quality audits

About You

• Used to working in a fast paced production environment.
• Focused on quality and able to produce products to a high standard.
• Working either independently or within a team.
• Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.
• Physically fit as some products are heavy.
