Production Operative

Location: Alcester
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am - 4:45pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (starting rate)

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Alcester. This hands on role involves assembling silicone based products within a production environment, ensuring daily targets and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Work towards and achieve daily production targets
• Assemble silicone based products in accordance with manufacturing specifications
• Follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standardsMaintain a clean and safe working environment
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures

• Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Good manual dexterity and confident working with your hands
• Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
