Production Operative

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a Ruabon-based manufacturing company in their search for Production Operatives.

For the successful Production Operator our client is offering:

• £11.75 per hour + yearly performance-related bonus scheme
• Day positions - Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 17.15pm - Friday 4.15pm
• Temp to perm role
• Every second Friday nonworking
• Development opportunities within the company

The role - Production Operator:

• Assembly, packaging, and labelling of products
• Quality inspection of finished parts and documenting defects.
• Checking and packing finished parts.
• Following standard operating procedures.
• Working to production targets

What our client is looking for in a Production Operator:

• Dexterity and a strong attention to detail - ESSENTIAL
• Experience within a flow-line production environment - ESSENTIAL
• Maintain good attendance in role - ESSENTIAL
• Experience assembling small parts - DESIRABLE
• Able to stand up working on the line for full shift
• Must be able to pass an assembly test
