Production Operative - Morning Shift
Location: Aylesbury

We are currently recruiting experienced Production Operatives for a 13-week temporary booking, with the opportunity to be taken on permanently after the initial period.

Pay: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Shift: Morning shift 06:30 - 14:30

Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 37.5 hours per week
Weekend Pay: Saturday & Sunday paid at 1.5x

This role involves working within a fast-paced production environment, operating machinery and maintaining high manufacturing standards. Previous experience is essential.

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Following manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Assisting with assembly, processing, and production line duties
• Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting any faults
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Meeting daily production targets and deadlines

• Minimum 1 year of production experience (essential)
• Machine operating experience is highly desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit (role involves standing and some heavy lifting)
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a team

• Competitive hourly rate of £13.45
