Production Operative

Production Operatives required in Tewkesbury, working within a factory environment. Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (06:30-14:30 /14:30-22:30), paying £12.25 to £14.70 per hour, with a temp-to-perm opportunity and immediate start with full on the job training. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, high-tech production facility offering long-term prospects, internal training, and a supportive team environment.The Role Working as a Production Operative, you will be working within a busy factory environment supporting a range of production processes. The roles are varied and will involve operating automated lines and/or advanced machinery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:

• Working on an automated/automotive production line
• Operating and assisting with high-tech equipment, including CNC machines and laser imaging machinery
• Running and monitoring production lines to ensure smooth operation
• Handling components and materials within a factory environment
• Working safely around chemicals, following strict health & safety procedures
• Carrying out quality checks and addressing basic production issues
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

Candidate Requirements

• To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a production environment.
• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential
• A good working attitude with a strong willingness to learn
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong understanding of health & safety
• Ability to problem-solve and work effectively under pressure
• Comfortable working around machinery and chemicals
