Production Operative

Overview

MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious manufacturing company in the Newton Aycliffe area. They are looking for a Production Operative with a strong knowledge of the production environment and the health and safety processes within it.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Daily meetings with the production department


• Loading and unloading pallets


• Working in the grinding bay


• Helping in other sections when needed


• To help prioritise workloads within the department and production


• Following engineering drawings and diagrams


• Should have working knowledge working in a production environment


• Maintain the company's health & safety standards at all times

The Candidate

• Must have a positive can-do attitude


• Must be physically fit


• Will be lifting up to 15kg in weight


• Must pass a drugs test

The Shifts

• 06:45am - 15:30pm


• 15:15pm - 01:15am


• Also looking at doing 12 hours in the future


• Must be flexible to do any shifts

The Salary

• £12.21 + shift allowance
