Job Overview

Our client in Bridlington is seeking multiple Production Operatives to join their night shift team on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business within the health and nutrition sector, supplying across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Operating and setting up machinery
• Producing products to specification
• Monitoring quality standards and completing batch paperwork
• Carrying out basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
• Working to strict safety and quality standards
• Maintaining high hygiene standards within a clean production environment

Qualifications

• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have a proactive, can-do attitude

Working Hours & Salary

Various night shift patterns available including 4 on 4 off and week nights. In this role you will receive a full-time competitive salary, with shifts offering excellent work-life balance. The starting wage is £13.25 per hour with a clear, graded pay structure so you can see exactly how training and development will increase your earnings.
