Production Operative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our team at Boran Mopack Ltd.

We are currently recruiting for 2 departments within our company:

Printing Department
Slitting Department

The successful candidate will support the Senior Operator throughout the job setup and operation. The role involves preparing materials, ensuring quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting in the efficient production of printed materials for our widely known customers.

Please note - this job is onsite and there is no sponsorship available for this role.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Assist a Senior Operator with all aspects of order set-up.
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Roll changes, including taking rolls off the press, recording and palletising.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality output.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Accurately record production data and report any discrepancies or concerns to supervisors.

Requirements

Experience in a production/factory environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Ability to work rotating shifts.

Shift Rotations:

Work Time: 40hours per week (part time is not available) on a 3 week rotating shift basis.
The shift patterns are as follows:

Week 1, 06:00-14:00 (Monday - Friday)

Week 2, 14:00-22:00 (Monday - Friday)

Week 3, 22:00-06:00 (Sunday Night - Friday Morning)
