Pertemps Lincoln is recruiting a Production Operative (2026) to join a manufacturing firm in North Hykeham. This full-time position, paying £12.71 per hour, involves varied duties within a bakery setting, from mixing and baking to de-tinning, packing, and dispatch preparation.

This is a varied role that involves carrying out multiple tasks within a bakery environment, including mixing and baking goods, de-tinning products, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. This is an exciting chance for someone eager to thrive in a welcoming, friendly and fast paced environment.

Working Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, you will handle goods on a production line, maintain a tidy and safe workspace, collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets, and report any concerns to supervisors. Prior experience is not essential, but reliability and a willingness to learn are key. This role suits those who enjoy practical, hands-on work in a structured environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 6:00 - 2:30pm

• Working on a fast-paced production line, handling baked goods
