Production Operative - nights

We are working in exclusive partnership with a well established manufacturer in the health and nutrition sector to recruit multiple, permanent, Production Operatives into their growing team in Bridlington. As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured and packed to the highest quality standards and prepared for distribution across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities of Production Operative on nights:

• Operating packing and production machinery
• Completing quality checks and batch paperwork
• Maintaining high hygiene standards within a regulated environment
• Working to strict quality and safety procedures
• Supporting the team to meet daily production targets

As a Production Operative working nights you need to have

• Previous experience within manufacturing, production, or warehouse (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work at pace in a fast moving environment
• A reliable, proactive approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
