Production Operative - Day Shift (Temp to Perm)

First Base Employment is seeking a Temporary Production Operative in Bridgwater. The role is FP/PP Temp-to-Perm with full-time hours, from Monday to Friday, 8am-4.30pm, finishing at 1pm on Fridays.

You will inspect products, operate production machinery, set up tooling, and perform quality checks while adhering to SOPs and health and safety standards. This position requires attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
