Production Operative - Afternoon Shift

Production Operative / Glasshouse Operative (Horticulture, Agriculture)

We are hiring a Production Operative to join our modern glasshouse team. Ideal for candidates with experience in production, warehouse, agriculture, or manufacturing.

Duties

• Crop sowing and harvesting using mechanical equipment


• Weighing and transporting trays


• Operating machinery (full training provided)


• Using computer systems for harvesting and sowing (full training provided)


• Cleaning and maintaining machinery

Requirements

• Hands on, reliable, and proactive


• Team player with good attention to detail


• Willing to learn, full training provided


• Experience in production, warehouse, farming, or horticulture beneficial

Hours

Hours
Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm

Shift premium paid for hours worked after 5pm.
