Matrix Recruitment is recruiting Production Manager for our manufacturing client based in Co. Wicklow.

Permanent Onsite Manufacturing Environment

Commutable from: Arklow, Gorey, Wicklow, Rathdrum, Aughrim, Carnew, Tinahely, North Wexford and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to lead production teams, drive operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives within a growing manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop production teams.
• Drive production output, efficiency and performance.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure Health & Safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support production requirements and site objectives.

• Previous Production Manager experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Experience within construction manufacturing, timber frame or light gauge steel environments.
