Role profile: The Production Manager plans, directs and continuously improves the manufacturing operation under their responsibility. The role translates the business unit vision, plant priorities and company policies into safe, reliable and cost-effective production. It is accountable for production planning and control, product quality, delivery performance, resource utilisation, people development, cost management and continuous improvement. A strong focus is placed on occupational safety, legal compliance and the consistent implementation of company standards. The role works across production, maintenance, engineering, logistics, loading, supply chain, quality, EHS, HR and finance to remove bottlenecks, improve processes and support sound operational decisions.
