Production Manager

We have an opportunity for a Production Manager to join our team at Honeywell, in Southend, where you will lead and optimise production operations within our Integrated Supply Chain. You will be responsible for managing a team of production supervisors, ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols. You will report directly to our Site Leader and will work out of our Southend location.

In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and efficiency of the manufacturing process, ensuring that we meet customer demands while adhering to budgetary constraints and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • People management of direct and wider team
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in production supervision within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in production management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
