Production Manager

As Prod uction Manager , you will be working at the sharp end of our agency's creative workflow.

You willbe responsible forthe process that brings our ideasintothe physical world and forprovidingthetechnicalguidanceand commercialrigourthat help our ideas flourish.

Reporting totheProductionDirector,you willbe responsible forthe delivery of a portfolio oflive,virtual andhybrid eventsandforhelpingour agencynavigate the ongoing variablechallenges presented by a post-pandemic world.

Working in close collaboration with our creative, technologyandbusiness leadershipteams, alongside both our clients and internal and external technical partners, you will occupy aposition of trustandauthoritywith the agency.

/ HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

You will be an integral part of Momentum's Event Production team, where you will manage and lead on event production delivery across conferences, awards, experiential, exhibitions, pop ups and live event pitches.

Provide though t leadership and drive exceptional delivery standards on all elements of event pre-production and onsite operations.

Diligently deliveryourassigned projectsto time,cost,and quality.

Collaboratewellandbuildinternal and externalrelationships.

Proactivelyseekopportunities,throughaproduction lens, to innovate and inspire.

Meticulously manageyourbudgets, projects,documentation,and deliverables.

Be an SMEin your field;fosteringconfidence,collaborationand trust amongst your colleagues in the agency all departments.

Ensure safety and complianceby creating risk assessments, methodstatements,and event safety plans.

Provide leadership and accountabilityduring the onsite phase of your assigned projects and lead teams of contractors andsuppliers during build, live and de-rig.

Provide pitch supportand own pre-production planning.

Create,support,and refine internal processesto increase the quality and efficiency of our output.

/ HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

A positive, honest and open communicator, you'll have a passion for live events and a natural curiosity for technology, entertainment, innovation and design.

Experience andcompetencein traditional event production disciplinessuch as:set design& customfabrication;structures & staging;materials &finishes; print techniques,logistics& trucking.

A working understanding oftechnical production disciplinessuch asAV,lighting&riggingand streaming and virtual platforms.

Excellent supplier knowledge / black book in the above areas .

A commercially driven professional,you'llhave excellent financial acumen,numeracyand negotiationskills,andyou'llhave effortlessly managed complex budgets of varying sizes.

Demonstrable aptitude for learning and adoptingnew technologiesin relation to content creation and broadcast.

Health and Safetyconscious,you'llhold an IOSH certificationandhaveagood workingunderstanding ofour obligations underCDM 2015.

The ability tocreate andinterpret CAD drawings and floorplans.

Comfortable in client briefings, client meetings, mediating client change requests, and managing client expectations asrequired.
