As our next Production Manager, you'll bring that promise to life on screen - organising, running and delivering smooth, impactful shoots across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. You'll be the one turning loose ideas into tight plans, finding the right locations, managing talent, and keeping the wheels turning on set so our creators can focus on telling the story.

This role's ideal for someone who's calm under pressure, thrives on ownership and lives and breathes short-form social content. You'll need a bit of flexibility too, you'll be out on location, handling talent, and sometimes shooting at short notice.

Forget long lists, here's what you'll actually spend your time on:

• Owning shoots from start to finish, planning, scheduling, booking, budgeting and delivering

• Sourcing what's needed to make it flow, talent, locations, permits, props, and last-minute fixes

• Crafting clear paperwork, from call sheets to risk assessments, all shared on time and easy to follow

• Leading on set, managing talent, supporting crew, keeping things safe, calm and on schedule

• Partnering closely with our videographer, keeping logistics moving and the kit where it needs to be

• Feeding the idea machine, bringing social-first shoot formats and creative inspiration to team ideation

• Learning and improving as we grow, wrapping shoots properly, sharing insights, and suggesting ways to level up

It's not about ticking every box. It's about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You'll do well here if you bring:

• Proven experience running shoots, ideally for short-form, social-first video

• A calm, go-getter attitude, with great judgement and a plan B always in your back pocket

• Stellar organisation and timekeeping, no detail missed, no shoot overrun

• A solid grasp of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook content, especially vertical formats and trending styles

• People skills, from agents to homeowners, you know how to handle talent with confidence and kindness

• A health and safety mindset, risk-aware and confident in managing compliance on set

• Screening call with one of our Head of Brand Marketing

• 1st stage interview with our Social Media Lead and Head of Brand Marketing

• 2nd Stage interview will involve a live case study exercise with stakeholders
