Production Manager

We are looking for an exceptional Production Manager to join our team in Bagshot, Surrey. You will be responsible for specifying, procuring and managing the delivery of all production and technical services for an event. The position is full-time and offers the option of hybrid working following a successful six-month onboarding period.

Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to translate creative briefs into technically sound, deliverable solutions.

Develop detailed production budgets and schedules, securing best value from suppliers through negotiation and industry knowledge.

Perform site visits and provide technical assessments of venues.

Understand an event's creative vision and goals.

Plan and manage all on-site production elements including AV, staging, lighting, and logistics from set-up through to de-rig.

Act as the key point of contact on-site for production, liaising with event managers, suppliers, venues, and clients.

Own and resolve any issues, adapting plans where necessary to ensure seamless delivery.

Build and maintain a trusted network of contractors and suppliers, managing contracts and terms to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure all legal, regulatory, and health & safety standards are met and adhered to throughout the event lifecycle.

Establish and continually refine production processes to ensure high standards across all events.

In-depth understanding of health & safety regulations and on-site compliance

Financially astute with the ability to create and manage production budgets

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business software

Skilled in negotiation, mediation, and supplier management

Experience using CAD software for technical layouts (preferred)

Confident in presenting information clearly and persuasively to clients and colleagues

Proven hands-on experience in a similar production role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced events environment

Experience working on international events (preferred but not essential)

Full UK driving licence required

20 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays, plus your birthday) increasing for each year of service (up to 5 years)
