Production Manager - Direct Mail - London - up to £65k per annum

Their customers are at the heart of everything they do, and they are looking for a professional who can optimise their innovative solutions to establish good, reliable, loyal customers, ensuring the delivery of 5 star quality standards.

The Production Manager is responsible for the running of a busy print facility; planning/scheduling, strategising and overseeing all production activities while continually improving the workflow and reducing bottlenecks and downtime.

As the leader of a highly skilled, long serving team of people, you will share your wealth of knowledge with your colleagues, developing their understanding of the company's offering. You will lead with a flexible approach, working in collaboration with sales, creative and admin support, demonstrating understanding and competence, doing what is required to drive effective employee engagement. Supervising, motivating and supporting staff to ensure deadlines are met will be key.

You will be accountable for meeting the department's quality and performance objectives. You will champion the strategic vision, core purpose and vivid description; actively demonstrating respect for our client's core values.

We are looking for someone with finesse, enthusiasm, and the ability to build authentic relationships with each individual met. It is important that the candidate shows high levels of commitment, and takes a "can do" approach to reach and deliver beyond their best.

Candidates must have experience in a managerial role within the Direct Mail sector.
