Production Line Operator & Team Lead

Barfoots of Botley Ltd is seeking a Technical Operator to oversee production lines in a temperature-controlled environment. You will work under the Cell Leader, ensuring efficient operation, data capture, and timely reporting across multiple machines and lines.

The role requires prior factory experience operating production machinery, strong communication, and the ability to manage shifts in a 4 days on / 4 days off pattern. Training and safety compliance are essential to success.
