Production Line Leader - Day Shift, Growth & Training

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Production Line Leader for a Monday-Friday days role in Bilsthorpe, Newark. You will supervise a busy production line, ensure start-up checks, monitor line speed and downtime, and support continuous improvement with the Planning Manager's plan.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Line Supervisor/Line Leader in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and train operatives.
