Production IT Support Engineer

Endeavour Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support Engineer with Telecoms knowledge to join our leading client in Wembley. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Support Engineer. Attractive salary of up to £25K.

Our Client is in the financial sector and manufacturing industry. For the Support Engineer role, the successful candidate will need strong customer-facing skills, the ability to use their initiative to help the project meet its maximum potential. Great communication and team skills are required along with the ability to analyse information.

1. Windows OS, folder & file structure administration
2. Experience working with UPP

4. System architecture, applications, utilities, programs, platforms & scripts
5. Fault analysis

7. ITIL Methodology
8. ITIL Certified
