Your New RoleAs a Production Engineer, you'll support manufacturing by designing and maintaining production processes, tooling, and equipment. You'll resolve technical issues, lead process improvements, and ensure production efficiency and safety. The role also involves working with CAD software, managing BOMs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Need to SucceedYou should have a degree in engineering or equivalent experience in production or manufacturing roles. At least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. You'll need strong knowledge of mechanical systems, CAD tools, and process optimisation techniques. Experience with pneumatics and ERP systems is desirable.
