CONTRACT TYPE: 12 Months Fixed-term Contract, Full-time
DEPARTMENT: BBC Creative
LOCATION: Flexible (with travel to BBC Bases)
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £25,900 to £28,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLEJoin BBC Creative, the BBC's in-house creative agency, and help shape campaigns that leave a lasting mark on popular culture. As a Production Coordinator, you'll support the delivery of promotional campaigns and branding across all BBC platforms, helping bring iconic content to life.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:
- Provide logistical and coordination support across multiple productions and platforms.
- Work closely with editorial teams to deliver content on time and within budget.
- Support pre- and post-production activities, including shoots and resource planning.
- Manage production workflows, budgets, and schedules effectively.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands.
- Working knowledge of end-to-end production processes, including technical awareness.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and administrative tools to manage budgets and schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Experience working across multi-platform content (TV, digital, social, OOH).
DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Experience working across multi-platform content (TV, digital, social, OOH).
- Familiarity with BBC brands and genres.
- Resilience in fast-paced environments and ability to prioritise effectively.
- Interest in the BBC and the wider media industry.
