Mitchells and Butlers is offering a full-time Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. You'll work in a fast-paced kitchen, learning hands-on from experienced chefs and gaining a recognised qualification while contributing to guest dining experiences.

No previous kitchen experience is needed; you'll be trained on the job with mentoring, practical skills development, and support to complete the apprenticeship and progress within our brands.
