Location: Factory One & Factory Two
Salary: Competitive
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Shift Pattern: 3-Shift Rotation
Reports To: Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Production & Quality Team Leader to join our manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, supporting your team, and ensuring that safety, quality, productivity and efficiency targets are consistently achieved.

You will play a key role in maintaining high production standards, identifying and resolving issues, and supporting the continuous development of both our processes and people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, coordinate and support production activities and personnel across the production floor.
  • Ensure daily production targets, quality standards and deadlines are achieved.
  • Accurately input and maintain daily production figures and records.
  • Monitor product quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Complete a minimum of two quality patrols per shift, ensuring agreed quality standards are maintained.
  • Promote and maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
  • Train, coach and develop team members to support performance and progression.
  • Identify and report production, quality or operational issues to management.
  • Work closely with Setters, Maintenance, Quality and Logistics teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth production.
  • Support effective production stock control.
  • Oversee and participate in monthly and annual stock takes.
  • Encourage a positive culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure company procedures, processes and health & safety requirements are consistently followed.
About You

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a manufacturing, production or quality environment.
  • A strong understanding of production processes and health & safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and people-management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a wider operational team.
  • Good IT skills, including familiarity with MS Office
