Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with operations, compliance, sales and customer services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Carry out general administrative duties.
• Liaise with existing clients and third parties to fulfil customer requirements.
• Administer site SAP requirements.
• Handle operational, production and engineering administration needs such as ordering materials and maintaining the site SAP system.
• Act as the pivotal link between central customer services, group transport and site operations to meet customers' requirements.
• Ensure month end procedures are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist with the maintenance and control of site management systems, including document control, data preparation and attending required reviews.
• Log NCRs, assist in their resolution, complete and file NCR documents, and liaise with relevant personnel.
• Assist in preparing SHEQ data for quarterly and annual reviews.
• Ensure customers' and environment agency data requirements are met, such as tracking waste movements for TFS and preparing accurate submissions.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organisational and telephone skills.
• Professional approach and ability to represent the company positively.

Desirable Skills

• Experience using SAP systems.
• Previous experience in an administrative role.
