Job Description
GSK at the Ware site seeks a Product Performance Lead to manage the MSAT team delivering the local TLCP and ensuring product performance across all substances and products. You will lead a cross-functional group, align global strategies, and drive improvements while maintaining compliance.
You will mentor Product Owners, manage risks, and collaborate with GSC & R&D to translate strategies into shop-floor actions, with focus on cost efficiency and performance uplift.
