The team is responsible for essential core components in the newest generation of the Dynatrace observability platform. It's enthusiastic and passionate about technological innovations and the pursuit of knowledge, and maintains a pleasant, collaborative and fun atmosphere.


Aufgaben
  • Support and accompany your development team throughout the entire software development lifecycle, focusing on backend engineering and microservices architecture in different cloud environments.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for your team, serving as the interface between them and other stakeholders, including Product Owners, Product Engineers, Product Managers, and Architects.
  • Create meaningful User Stories that are well-formed, aligned with product strategy, and clarify story details.
  • Define a landing zone for Dev Epics and commit to delivering the expected team outputs within the defined timeframe.
  • Manage and prioritize the team backlog in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring the content and conceptual integrity of the backlog.
  • Promote the creation of a collaborative network by connecting with Product Owners from other teams and working on related technical components. This network enhances decision-making and fosters effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive the quality of the team's components through self-monitoring, performance tests, proactive maintenance, and health monitoring.

Profil
  • +3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Software Engineer, Project Manager in Software Engineering environment or comparable
  • Technical degree related to software engineering (or comparable) is a plus
  • Excited to learn new technologies and eager to dive deep into the product ecosystem of the market leading observability platform.
  • Ambitioned to understand and shape the technical background of API and microservice development.
  • Team player and proactive person of action with outstanding communication and analytical skills.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with Rest API design and architecture
  • Nice-to-have: Cloud proficiency (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD processes, web security.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with Java, Java Spring, web development

Compensation Data

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options withnumerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer ahigher salaryin line with qualification and experience.
