Job Description

Join our client, a leading insurer in London, as a Permanent Product Owner specialising in Oracle ERP and EPM within their Finance Value Stream. In this pivotal role, you will oversee finance applications, driving strategic roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with support teams and senior stakeholders, you'll ensure the resilience, security, and scalability of core finance systems while leading cross functional teams through transformation programmes. Your expertise will help shape the future of their finance technology landscape, delivering value aligned with business needs.

Previous experience with Oracle ERP & EPM as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse levels
Proven leadership in managing teams and complex projects within data or software delivery environments
Strategic thinker with analytical problem solving capabilities
Experience working within insurance or reinsurance sectors, especially with reserving or capital modelling (beneficial)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and programme management
Technical understanding of finance tools and applications
