Product Owner Northern Ireland Hybrid working

Our growing client are a specialist software company. This is a new permanent role for a Product Owner.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping to define and execute product strategies, ensuring continuous alignment with business goals, and fostering cross functional collaboration to deliver impactful outcomes.

• Product Vision: Help define and deliver Product vision, Strategy, Roadmap, and KPIs for communication
• Run discovery and validation sessions with users and internal teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise features and clarify scope
• Manage the backlog, including user stories, capacity, and prioritisation
• Agile & Scrum: Embed Agile methodologies across delivery teams
• Customer Centric approach: Represent and act as the voice of end users and stakeholders

Does this sound like you?

You should have:

• 2+ years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Agile focused role
• Strong experience in Agile delivery and coaching teams on agile practices
• Strong stakeholder engagement, and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in an FS/Fintech and/or SaaS environment
