Oak Engage is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Product Owner to join our innovative team! In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the development and enhancement of our platform, ensuring that we deliver value to our customers while aligning with our strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including developers, designers, and business leaders, to define product features and prioritize the product backlog. Your strategic vision and user-centric approach will help guide our product direction and ensure that we are meeting the needs of our users. Responsibilities
  • Own, refine, and prioritise the product backlog based on business value and customer impact.
  • Translate product strategy and customer needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of features.
  • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming sessions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, making data-driven decisions to improve usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback to inform continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on roadmap development and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a tech-driven organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with software development and understanding of technical concepts.
  • Background in workplace engagement, communication platforms, or related fields is preferred.
