Product Owner (Bereavements) 6 month Inital Contact Requires to be onsite in London 2 times a month Pay is inside ir35 at a rate of 475 - 500 Per Day Job Description:

• Join a dynamic team as a Product Owner focused on enhancing customer bereavement journeys. With a commitment to agile methodologies, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining account closing processes, ensuring a seamless experience across multiple account types.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with both business and technology teams to understand complex requests and integrate them into existing bereavement journeys.
• Serve as the Product Owner to align Wealth and Corporate & Institutional bereavement journeys with the Retail Journey.
• Identify challenges, risks, and issues, and work with journey teams in Wealth and Corporate & Institutional to ensure customers experience a unified interaction with the organisation.
• Formulate responses and manage the additional demand impacting the teams.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in customer journey mapping and improvement.
• Proficiency in retail banking operations and analysis.
• Familiarity with Jira and scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in banking sector, particularly in bereavement processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder requirements.
